The only personal information collected directly through this website is the information visitors choose to submit through the quote request form on /quote. That includes name, phone number, email address, property address, and any project details written into the message field.

Visitors who contact Commercial Paving by phone or email provide that information directly. The website does not access call records.

Standard server logs may record IP address, browser type, referring page, and timestamp for the purpose of operating and securing the site.

Information submitted through the quote form or sent by email or phone is used to respond to the request, prepare a quote, schedule work, and follow up on active projects. It is not sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing.

Quote form submissions are delivered to sales@commercialpaving.ca via FormSubmit (formsubmit.co), a third-party form-handling service. FormSubmit processes the submission to deliver it as an email and applies a spam check. FormSubmit’s privacy policy applies to that processing.
